She walks into the classroom,
A smile on her face.
Laughing as we gather around,
Embracing our embrace.

Whenever she’s with us,
There’s a feeling of safety and warmth.
There’s never a time to be melancholy,
When she’s there to wipe our frown.

Whether it’s in math, or in real life
There’s not a problem she can’t solve.
She speaks a few magical words,
And within seconds the issue is resolved.

She makes even the hardest things
Seem as simple as apple pie.
All of us listen, captivated,
As she makes us understand why.

She is a person who is much more,
than just a mentor and a guide.
She is a friend, an inspiration,
She is a blessing in my life.
